This Digital Product Licence Agreement governs the use of documentation purchased from Certify Edge.

By purchasing or downloading products from Certify Edge, you agree to the terms of this licence.

 

1. Licence Grant

Certify Edge grants the purchaser a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the purchased documentation within their organisation.

This licence allows the purchaser to:

• Use the documentation internally
• Modify the documentation to suit business operations
• Implement the documentation within their organisation

 

2. Permitted Use

The documentation may be used only by the purchasing organisation.

The documentation may be edited, adapted and implemented internally as required.

 

3. Prohibited Use

Customers may not:

• Resell the documentation
• Distribute the documentation to other organisations
• Upload the documentation to public websites or repositories
• Share the documentation with third parties outside their organisation unless conducting an audit. 

 

4. Intellectual Property

All documentation provided by Certify Edge remains the intellectual property of Certify Edge.

Purchasing a product grants a licence to use the documentation but does not transfer ownership.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Certify Edge provides documentation templates designed to support management system implementation.

Certification outcomes depend on organisational implementation and certification body assessment.

Certify Edge does not guarantee certification outcomes.

 

6. Breach of Licence

If the documentation is shared, redistributed or resold in breach of this licence, Certify Edge reserves the right to terminate the licence and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
