Certify Edge provides documentation templates, management system frameworks and customised documentation designed to assist organisations preparing for certification against internationally recognised standards including:

• ISO 9001 – Quality Management
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety

Certify Edge provides documentation frameworks and support materials but does not provide certification services or guarantee certification outcomes.

 

2. Products and Services

Certify Edge provides digital products and services including:

• Integrated Management System (IMS) templates
• ISO starter packs
• Forms, registers and procedures
• Custom-branded Integrated Management Systems

All products are delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.

 

3. Custom-Branded Integrated Management Systems

Custom IMS products are developed specifically for the purchasing organisation.

After purchase, customers will be required to submit business information required to customise the system, including branding and operational details.

Once the required information has been received, Certify Edge will typically deliver the customised documentation within five (5) business days.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the completeness of information provided by the customer.

 

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address and contact information are correct at the time of purchase.

Certify Edge is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect customer information.

 

5. Licence and Use of Documentation

All documentation provided by Certify Edge is licensed for use by the purchasing organisation only.

Customers may:

• Use the documentation within their organisation
• Modify the documents to suit their business operations

Customers may not:

• Resell the documentation
• Share the documentation with other organisations
• Upload the documentation to public repositories or marketplaces

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Certify Edge.

 

6. Certification Outcomes

Certify Edge provides documentation designed to support organisations preparing for ISO certification.

Certification outcomes depend on implementation, organisational practices and certification body requirements.

Certify Edge does not guarantee certification.

 

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Certify Edge is not responsible for fees or charges applied by payment providers or financial institutions.

 

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products sold by Certify Edge, refunds are generally not available once a product has been downloaded or delivered.

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Certify Edge.

Custom-branded systems are non-refundable once development has commenced.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certify Edge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its documentation, website or services.
